Guidelines for Participation-


  • Vendor space fee is for a 10'x10' space.
  • Vendors must have their own insurance and list additional insured.
  • ​A space fee deposit and a $15.00 Caroline County License fee is due upon acceptance.
  • Vendors will be selected on Uniqueness, Hand Made Items, Quality Merchandise and VERY Select food and beverage items.

​​We are excited to offer a NEW location for this year's Santa's Village. Santa's Village will now be inside the Farm Bureau Center at the Meadow Event Park and will still be at the end of your journey through Illuminate Light Show. This location will offer a massive 31,000 sf of exhibit space and allow us to give our guests the BIGGEST Santa's Village experience like never before. 


Prices, policies, programs, schedules, entertainment and concerts subject to change or cancellation without notice. No rain checks. No refunds. No weapons, guns or knives allowed at the event. The Meadow Event Park and the Illuminate Light Show reserve the right to refuse admission.
